A Mission Born from Personal Experience
In 2018, founders Jocelyn and Will, faced a life-changing journey. Will survived a traumatic car accident, endured multiple fractures, and ultimately lost his left leg. Bedbound for two years and homebound for another, he experienced firsthand what it means to depend on others for care, dignity, and understanding. Through Will’s recovery, he and Jocelyn felt a calling — to support others walking that same road. To advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves. To ensure every person receives care with compassion, patience, and respect. They founded Eleanor HHA, named in honor of Will’s grandmother, Eleanor — a woman known for her relentless kindness and love for helping others. Her spirit lives on in every home they serve.
